StyleAndPix — styleandpix.com Effective: 27 July 2026 (v2.0)

This Policy supplements our Terms (Section 8) and does not limit any mandatory statutory right you have as a consumer.

1. Our products are made specifically for you

Every Product is manufactured on demand from your uploaded photo, AI-generated Design, and/or other Content you selected. Because each Product is made to your specification, it is legally treated as personalised/customised goods. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, personalised goods are excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal ("cooling-off") right that otherwise applies to online purchases in the EU/UK. Once production has started, you cannot cancel an order or return a Product simply because you changed your mind. (Customers in the US: see Section 8 — the same practical approach applies as a matter of policy.)

2. When you ARE entitled to a free reprint or refund

You are entitled to a free reprint, replacement, or refund if your Product:

arrives damaged or defective (print flaws, cracked/peeling print, faulty materials);
is significantly different from what you ordered (wrong product, wrong size shipped, wrong design printed due to our or our Fulfilment Partner's error);
is confirmed lost in transit; or
otherwise fails to conform to the contract — your statutory legal guarantee applies regardless of this Policy (Section 7).

3. How to request a reprint, replacement or refund

Contact help@styleandpix.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown by tracking.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the Product, the defect, and the shipping label/packaging).
We confirm receipt within 2–3 business days and aim to resolve claims within 14 days of receiving all evidence.

4. What happens once a claim is approved

Our default remedy is a free reprint or replacement, subject to production capability.
If a reprint isn't possible or appropriate, we refund the price paid for the affected item (and its proportionate shipping cost, where relevant) to your original payment method via our payment processor, EveryPay.
Refunds are typically credited within 5–14 business days of approval, depending on your card issuer.

5. What this Policy does not cover

Change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a Design or Product you approved before ordering.
Sizing issues where the Product matches the size you selected and our published size chart was accurate.
Minor colour/print-placement variation caused by screen-vs-print differences, within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, an incorrect address you supplied, or events beyond our control.
Damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery.

6. Cancelling an order before production starts

Because production of personalised Products typically begins shortly after payment, you may cancel for a full refund only within 2 hours of placing the order, by emailing help@styleandpix.com immediately. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded for convenience (Section 1).

7. Your statutory legal guarantee is unaffected

All Products remain covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity available under applicable EU/UK consumer law (implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771). Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under that guarantee or other mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

8. US customers

We extend the same reprint/replacement/refund remedy described in Sections 2–4 to US customers as a matter of company policy, regardless of the EU-specific legal citation in Section 1. Applicable state consumer-protection laws (which vary by state) are not limited by this Policy.

9. Complaints

If you're not satisfied with how a claim was handled, see the dispute-resolution options in our Terms, Section 13.
